Bill Massaquoi spoke to the Northeastern University NetImpact group on October 16, 2012. This meeting had been arranged with the help of Rebuild Africa Board member, Professor Gordon Adomdza. Bill addressed the group by talking about the recent history of Liberia and what a country like Liberia emerging from a prolonged civil conflict needs to rebuild its economy.
