This July, two American based teams will be traveling to Liberia to partner with Rebuild Africa. They will be running a series of programs ministering to the youth and to the mental health needs of Liberia. This is the third consecutive year of collaboration between Rebuild Africa and teams from the United States, and this will be the largest team that Rebuild Africa has hosted.
Some of the potential events include a youth retreat, with Biblical teaching, worship, prayer and small groups; mental health training for pastors and teachers, integrating the Bible, psychology and prayer; training workshops for high school students, including vocational guidance and writing assistance; a "Youth Rising" conference for university students, connecting local and international students with workers in the government and non-profit spheres.
Rebuild Africa would appreciate prayer for financial provision for the teams and the events, for safety for the teams and for wisdom in the planning process.
